"Friends of Chelmarsh School" has been setup by Governors as a means to channel community support for the school. "Friends of Chelmarsh School" is intended as an extension of the PTA. The aim is to compile a mailing list of people and organisations willing to support the school, either through attending it's functions and events, or practically through fundraising, helping with projects, helping in class.
Members of "Friends" will be contacted on an occasional basis with notification of forthcoming events and no doubt specific requests for help. Already we have had some very constructive responses but we need many more.
Anyone wishing to add their name to the list of friends should write with their own name, address, telephone number and e-mail address if appropriate to:-
